About Artemiz
My name is Rachel Simmonds owner of Artemiz and a passionate clinical hypnotherapist and health coach.
I have over 20 years’ experience both in work and education. My training includes a degree in Psychology, a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a graduation certificate in Transpersonal Coaching and qualifications as a Reiki Master and Spiritual Healing with Norfolk Healers.
I created Artemiz to help clients with physical and mental health management, including pain management, anxiety management and relationships. As I have grown in my knowledge, I recognised the need for therapy to be more holistic. Life is not linear and so it is with our issues. It may be that a person’s symptoms are as a result of something seemingly unrelated. Discovering deeply rooted issues, and then finding solutions, can help you move onto a happier and healthier life.

Hypnotherapy and Coaching
The combination of these two techniques can help you with a variety of symptoms. Often something such as anxiety or stress can be the root cause of numerous issues such as hormone imbalance, sleeplessness, pain, weight gain. Together we can work through your mindset and seek out causes to your stressor and techniques that may help to lessen symptoms.

Energetics- Reiki and Spiritual healing
I am now entering my 5th year of affiliation with Norfolk Healers and am a qualified Reiki master. Energetics is a method of healing which can allow a person to connect with their inner self. Energetics and spiritual healing can be great for rebalancing, healing, and mindfulness.

Mindful meditation group
I offer group services and meditation groups online. Meditation between couples can improve intimacy, allowing people to reconnect and regain trust in a relationship. Currently, there is an online meditation group running fortnightly on Tuesdays.
